Tusca is recognized as one of the most experienced auditors, trainer and consultant in Asia, having undertaken over 2500 audits and over 50 training/consultancy projects. As well as being a third party auditor qualified in ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO13485 and ISO22301, he a qualified practitioner in six sigma, lean and management system training and consultancy.

Nurcan Demirel, Turkey

David has over 35 year manufacturing experience and has been implementing lean and TPM for over 14 years.
He is a qualified production engineer with a BSc Production Engineering, and has significant experience as a senior project and production manager, holding positions in automotive and other manufacturing industries.
He was trained in implementing lean production techniques in 1991 while working at Nissan UK. He has since been trained in implementing TPM and has done so successfully for over 7 years in many varied companies and industries.

Terry currently is the Automotive Director at QAD and is responsible for QAD product strategy and global market activities in the automotive sector, working in closely with customers and industry associations worldwide.
She has focused her 29 year career on supply chain and technology in the automotive industry working prior at GM, Ford and Johnson Controls. Additionally, Onica has held several leadership positions in global automotive industry standards associations over the past 26 years. She currently serves as a steering committee member Supply Chain Steering Committee at Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). Onica is also one of the authors of the AIAG/Odette Materials Management Operations Guideline/Logistics Evaluation (MMOG/LE). She has been one of the global leaders in the development, implementation and training of MMOG/LE since Version 2.
She has been awarded outstanding achievement awards from both AIAG and Odette for being a leader in driving the development and implementation of global industry initiatives to advance materials management and technology standards within automotive supply chains.
