Tusca is recognized as one of the most experienced auditors, trainer and consultant in Asia, having undertaken over 2500 audits and over 50 training/consultancy projects. As well as being a third party auditor qualified in ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO13485 and ISO22301, he a qualified practitioner in six sigma, lean and management system training and consultancy.
Although based in Taiwan, he has extensive experience in working across Asia, assisting multinational organizations in their continual improvement journeys. He is fluent in Mandarin and English. He has an delivery style that makes training fun and a memorable learning experience.
Nurcan Demirel, Turkey
Degree in Technical Engineering
Nurcan is a qualified ISO/TS16949 third party lead auditor and has undertaken over 500 audits around the world. She has extensive experience in the application of the automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC) and has delivered many training courses across Turkey.
Prior to training and auditing, she had over 20 years of experience in the automotive sector.
Oscar Klein, Sweden
Oscar is an experienced ISO/TS16949 lead auditor with extensive third party auditing experience across Europe.He is an IRCA certified trainer for ISO9001 lead auditor training and has successfully trained and qualified over 300 students.
He is competent to deliver ISO/TS16949 internal auditor and core tools training as well as assist companies to implement effective process based management systems. Oscar is fluent in English, Hungarian and Swedish.
David Poxon, UK
David has over 30 years of experience as a leader and practitioner in quality management, strategy deployment, quality engineering and projects, supply chain development and continuous improvement. He has held senior management roles in global Tier One manufacturing operations within the automotive and fluid power sectors, developing and managing systems in compliance with ISO/TS16949, ISO9001 and other standards.
He is passionate about supporting teams and individuals to achieve excellence and has a proven track record of delivering best in class quality and customer satisfaction. He is a Chartered Quality Professional and has acted as an assessor for the European Quality Award.

Dawn has over 25 years quality management experience in industry and a leading certification body. She has performed thousands of third party and second party audits against IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and have trained auditors and personnel all over the world, both on site and remotely. She am still a practising third party auditor for a leading certification body.
