Paul was one of the founder members of the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) training commission. In 2002 he developed the training materials to educate third party auditors in the fundamentals of the Automotive Process Approach to Auditing, including the application of the globally recognised turtle diagram.
Since 2002 he has trained and qualified over 500 certification body auditors from around the world and over 2000 delegates from the automotive supply chain.
Paul has personally been responsible for the development of training and qualification materials for the ongoing Auditor Development Platform (ADP) for certification body auditors, including developing training for the recently released IATF 16949: 2016
Through his extensive Industry Auditing and Training experience Paul has a wide range of experience in the application of the “Automotive Core Tools” including APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA and PPAP.
Paul is an IATF approved witness auditor and has gained global respect for being tough, but always constructive in his feedback to auditors.
